Homemade Treacle Tarts

Whilst it’s quiet I thought to test a recipe and baked up some lovely individual mini Treacle Tarts! I,ve never done them before so I’m quite pleased with the results 🌹 

I will have to resist and wait for them to cool! 💋

My baking hamper arrived this morning! Now my mind is overworked on the possibilities of what I,m going to bake next! I’m thinking maybe a Treacle Tart and a beautiful Berry Crumble 🍮

Just a random bake I made today! You know when you crave something and can’t resist the urge to indulge, it turned out perfect and tastes so good! 🌟

 

Character Cakes

It’s February and it’s almost my youngest son’s 11th Birthday, every year I plan to bake a special Character Cake! I love the challenge and the end result when I see his happy glowing smile it’s so worth it 🎂

Last year for James 10th Birthday I made an awesome Mario Cake, and the year previous I made a Beano Birthday Cake

BRILLIANT BUNDT BAKES & BAKEWARE

Following my recent encounter with the latest Bundt craze, I,ve taken a big interest in the latest bundt bakeware designs!

This was my first ever practice bundt cake I ever made, using a typical chocolate sponge cake recipe, I am totally smitten with the whole idea of bundt baking and look forward to baking more of these in days to come ❤

Oaty So Good Cookies 🐝

Basic but beautiful crunchy oat cookies with golden syrup and cinnamon, sweet tea time treat or anytime on the go! Similar to a homemade British hobnob biscuit and so much more delicious!
